A delicious goan crab curry made
with spices and goes well with rice
Or bread (pao) this curry is amazing in taste .
Ingredients
1kilo crabs
2 onion chopped (1 for paste and other for tadka)
1 tomato chopped
3 tamarind pieces
16 to 19 garlic cloves
6to7 Kashmiri chillies
3 tbsp. coriander seed
1.5 tbsp cumin seed
2 tbsp fennel seed
1inch ginger chopped
20 to 22 pepper corn
2 green cardamom
1 tbsp turmeric
Salt, oil , 1cup water
SO NOW LETS SEE
HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH
1) Keep all ingrediants handy
2) combine 1 chopped
onion,cumin seed,fennel seed, coriander seeds,
Chopped ginger garlic cloves,
Kashmiri chilli , tamrind,also add cloves
Cinnamon, turmeric ,grind all
that to form a smooth paste and little
Water if required.
3) now take a big vessel add
oil once hot stare and add 1 chopped
Onion stair for a minute on
low flame
4) now add some chopped
tomatoes
5) add the grounded paste to
it stair for 5 minute
6) after about 3 min add cleaned crabs let
this boil for more 10 to 12
Min without lid on low
flame when curry will start
bubbling you
Can add salt as per taste then switch off the gas and garnish with
Coriander leaves and at last serve it with bread or pao.
(Do try this its very simple to do.)
